Wholesale Shipping Policy

We use our best efforts to ship all orders the same day if ordered before 11:00am Eastern Time, or the next business day if ordered at or after 11:00am Eastern Time. We ship via USPS or UPS or, if necessary, through an alternative service.

1.     For any order over $1,000, DrinkBRĒZ offers free standard shipping. Any quoted shipping times exclude holidays and weekends. Expedited shipping options may be available for additional cost. Please contact us to discuss expedited or custom shipping options.

2.     You will be provided with a shipping tracking number after each purchase.

3.     We cannot control delays that are caused by our shipping providers or circumstances beyond our control.

4.     Please contact us if your order delivery is incomplete or returned to sender. If we discover that a shipping error is our fault, we will reship the items at no cost. If the error is not our fault, we will only reship an order at your cost.

5.     We will not ship products to any jurisdiction in which the use or sale of the product is illegal. However, it is your responsibility to buy, use, and sell our products in a manner consistent with law.

6. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon our transfer of Products to the shipping carrier.

7.     DrinkBRĒZ will not, under any circumstance, be responsible for any liability you incur by buying, using, or selling our products. You represent and warrant that you have all requisite licenses and permissions to purchase, use, and sell our products.
