Wholesale Refund Policy
1. Our wholesale refund policy differs from our retail policy. Please review this refund policy carefully.
2. Due to the consumable nature of our product, returns are not accepted. For damaged products, please inspect your package on arrival and contact us immediately at withlove@drinkbrez.com
3. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
4. To start a return, you can contact us at withlove@drinkbrez.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: DrinkBRĒZ LLC 319 Clematis St, Suite 300 West Palm Beach, FL 33401
5. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that you will be responsible for the return postage fees. All refunds for orders that have already shipped are subject to a $10 restocking fee.
6. If you accidentally accept our post-purchase promo to double your order at 20% off, and your order has not shipped by the time you request the refund, we will remove the additional products from your order and issue you a refund. If your order has already shipped, we will refund the cost of the additional products, less a $10 restocking fee.
